Introduction to Classical Ballet
Dance routines are taught for end of year concert and performances.
C.S.T.D SYLLABUS - BEGINNER TO DIPLOMA LEVEL
C.S.T.D CLASSICAL BALLET C.S.T.D TAP C.S.T.D MODERN JAZZ
Allstars offer a structured and complete training system from beginner to diploma level in Classical Ballet, Modern Jazz, Tap and Contemporary Dance via the C.S.T.D. Dance Syllabus. Dance routines in this syllabus have been choreographed by some of Australia’s top choreographers including Kelly Abbey, Nathan Wright, Keith Hawley and many more. Students may start exam classes from 4 years. It is not compulsory to sit exams. The C.S.T.D. examination syllabus is one of the most recognised in Australia, Asia and New Zealand, with the ability to obtain points towards QSA in Queensland. All students perform at our end of year concert. Classes offered from 5 years.
ACROBATICS - FROM 5 YEARS
Classes are according to skill and age. Taught by a fully qualified Acrobatics Coach. Skills learned are incorporated into a fun acrobatics routine performed for display and at our concert.
ACROBATICS Eisteddfod Classes
Acrobatics Eisteddfod class is a separate class offered for those students who wish to perform at Eisteddfod level, utilizing tricks and skills learnt in the normal class time. Certain criteria must be met to be eligible for our Eisteddfod team.
HIP HOP/JAZZ CLASSES - FROM 7 YEARS
Held once a week, routines are taught for fun and fitness.
EISTEDDFOD CLASSES - FROM 5 YEARS
Eisteddfods are when we participate in competition. Routines are taught in all genres of dance including Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Song and Dance and Musical Theatre. Weekly classes combine technique development and create and polish performance routines. Certain criteria must be met to be eligible for our eisteddfod teams. A minimum of three classes per week must be attended. Students must be committed to practice as the standard is extremely high. Students cannot compete in the competition until they are ready.

ALLSTARS PUBLIC PERFORMANCES
Allstars students are given opportunities to perform at public events which may include:
· School fetes
· Forest Lake Community Carols
· Welcoming Santa
· Special promotional events
ALL STUDENTS WILL PERFORM AT:
· Mid-year display at Forest Lake AND
· End of Year Concert
