Julianne Pilon (Miss Julie)
Head of Acrobatics and Tumbling
Acrobatic Coach, Tumbling Coach, Eisteddfod Acrobatics team coach and Allstars acrobatics program developer
Julie was a competitive Artistics and Acobatic Gymnast for 15 years. She has been involved in many professional productions. Julie was the Queensland State Team Respresentative 7 times, the Junior and Senior Queensland State Team captain and she was both Queensland and Australian Sports Acrobatic Champion. She was mentored by an International Tumbling Coach and the Queensland Acro State Coach.
Miss Julie has been a Gym, Acro, and Tumbling coach for over 20 years, coaching State and National finalists and medaling athletes.
She holds accreditation in women’s artistic gymnastics, tumbling, and sports acrobatics. She is fully qualified Gymnastics Australia coach with Supervisor accreditation. She holds a CERT III and IV in fitness, and a CERT III in Education support. She has regular and ongoing training in First Aid, Injury Management and prevention and Athlete and Coach Development. Julie is fully qualified in the Acrobatics Arts courses.
Julie has been with All Stars for over 17 years and Allstars has won many national titles under her management.
Amy Winner (Miss Amy)
Head of Musical Theatre
Musical Theatre Teacher, Vocal Coach, Musical Co-Director
Amy is an industry professional and has taught and performed around Australia and overseas. As a Forest Lake local, Amy is also a past Allstars student who has performed as a soloist at the Forest Lake Carols for over 20 years. Her stage credits include Ariel in the QLD premiere of the Little Mermaid, Cinderella on tour in the Phillipines and Princess Fiona for Shrek’s Adventure London.
Amy has been involved with Allstars musical productions for over 3 years.
Jamie-Lee Furness (Miss Jamie)
Senior Acrobatics Coach
Acrobatics Coach, Preschool Acrobatics Coach, and Tumbling Coach
Jamie has been involved in acrobatics, dance and gymnastics for 24 years. She started gymnastics classes at 18 months old, where she discovered a passion for tumbling. in 2007 she moved from gymnastics classes to tumbling and sports acrobatics, where she trained with Miss Julie.
In 2011, Jamie enrolled in the acrobatics program at Allstars Performing Arts. She competed with the team at their first eisteddfod in 2011 with a national award-winning routine, Bolero. Since she was 13, Jamie has assisted Miss Julie with coaching acrobatics and tumbling, monitoring the students personal program developments, and developing acrobatic routines at Allstars. She worked separately as an accredited gymnastics coach from 2011-2014, and a youth group leader since 2016.
Jamie discovered a love for dance through Musical Theatre classes at Allstars and was cast in leading roles in Allstars 2015 musical “Thoroughly Modern Millie” and “Alice in Wonderland” in 2016. She also danced with the opens performance team from 2016-2020.
Georgia Eadie (Miss Georgia)
Georgia Eadie has danced with Allstars since she was four years old. Georgia is experienced in all genres – Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Tap, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop, Acrobatics, Cheers and vocal.
Georgia was the Dance Captain at Corinda State High School in 2015, won academic awards for Dance and The Arts and choreographed junior and senior troupe routines for their eisteddfod and dance nights.
She has participated in character work, had lead roles in musical productions, represented Allstars in eisteddfod and assisted in all aspects of our event management business, Spectacular Event Management. Georgia has also performed on the Pacific Dawn and the Pacific Aria.
Georgia is working toward her full dance teachers diploma and her Certificate 3 in dance. She is highly valued team member and is a dedicated and motivated teacher who wants the very best for her students.
Melissa Stewart (Miss Mel)
Head Of Preschool
Ready Set Dance, Ready Set Ballet, Preschool Acrobatics Coach, Acrobatics Coach, Social Classes Instructor
Mel has been a part of the allstars family for 13 years and has been a student teacher for the past 4 years, which has helped develop such a love for dance that she has decided she wants to pursue her love for dancing further into her future after graduating high school. Mel has performed with the theatre company harvest rain in musical productions. She has travelled with allstars and performed aboard the Cruise ship Pacific Dawn.
She is a fully qualified READY SET DANCE and READY SET BALLET teacher and undertakes regular training in all genres.
Mikayla Braithwaite (Miss Mikayla)
Ready Set Dance, Ready Set Ballet, Social Classes Instructor
Mikayla is an ALLSTARS student and has been dancing with us for 12 years and started student teaching this year. Mikayla has participated in many school productions and many ALLSTARS productions as well, and she was recently given a lead role of Jasmine in our most recent show Aladdin. Although Mikayla dances she also has a passion for singing which she has grown to love over the past 4 years.
Mikayla is a fully qualified READY SET DANCE and READY SET BALLET teacher and undertakes regular training in all genres.
Andrea Hofenk (Miss Andy)
Receptionist/Administration
Andrea is our receptionist and has been involved with the studio for over 20 years.
Andrea loves working behind the scenes helping with costuming and Concerts.
She especially loves seeing the students happy faces when they come to class each day.
